Credit ApplicationIn order to set up a 30 Day Net account with Uniforce Sales and Engineering please download the Credit Reference available in word document or pdf, complete and sign it then fax it to (510) 657-4010 or scan/e-mail. Credit is subject to approval. You will need to provide three trade references and one bank reference with an authorized signature allowing credit information to be released.
